Braeview has been specially designed for Fay who moved onto her daughter's property at Maudsland on the Gold Coast QLD.
While she wanted to stay closer to family, she wanted her own space to live and thrive in.
We designed this expansive 80m2 home that includes a spacious master bedroom, guest bedroom, bathroom with separate toilet, and fantastic open plan living/dining/kitchen space.
It also boasts a large wraparound 62m2 verandah, and an internal garage and workshed area.
Fay will soon call Braeview her new home - a space personalised to her needs, tastes and style.
