Say hello to this barn style home on Tamborine Mountain QLD.

'Pepper Berry Barn' has been designed for Jo & Liam. They've spent around 10 years preparing and planning to build their dream home on a picturesque lush green property in the Scenic Rim area.

They wanted something "truly special" and needed the perfect design.

The end result is this breathtaking barn-style home, which includes 7m high ceilings inside the open air living spaces, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with island bench, and separate sitting room.

In addition, the interior includes a storage/garage space accessible from a side entrance, with a mezzanine level above.

The master bedroom overlooks the main living area from an elevated loft space. It looks down over a lounge and dining area equipped with a wood heater.

Massive glass sliding doors, with four tall high windows above, connect to a 37m2 front deck which spectacular views of the property.

We designed a feature scissor truss facade at the front exterior, underneath a 40 degree pitched roof.

What's more, the downstairs bathroom connects to a side circular area to be used for an outdoor spa with pergola roof overhead.

Pepper Berry Barn is the prime example of how much personality you can express through your own custom home design. This is a dream home anyone would love to live in.

The end result is a home design that will stand the test of time. The perfect place to host a grand party amongst the gardens.
