Tracey and her family wanted to create a new home for her mum who was moving over from New Zealand to live on their property.

They wanted to keep their beloved grandmother close-by, while also ensuring she kept her privacy and independence.

So we custom designed this stunning small home to perfectly suit their needs and property.

Roxanne features 73m2 of internal living space, plus a 22m2 covered front verandah with a beautiful view of the family's shared garden and lawn.

Large glass sliding doors connect the outside to the inside, creating tonnes of natural light. High raked ceilings feature throughout the home under a gable roof design.

The open plan living and kitchen area includes ceiling fans, air-conditioning, an island kitchen bench/meal area, stone benchtops, shaker style cabinetry and heaps of storage.

This custom granny flat has its own dedicated laundry space, which includes even more storage. The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, gorgeous tiles, and wall-mounted vanity.

While the two bedrooms include built-in wardrobes, large windows with shutters for privacy, and tall high ceilings.

Roxanne is the perfect example of how you can downsize without having to downgrade.
