4 Steps To Your Dream Home.

Stage 1: Consultation

We begin by visiting your property to understand your lifestyle needs, assess its unique opportunities, and discuss how to harness views, privacy, and solar passive principles. This is where we decide on key elements such as orientation, high raked ceilings, large windows and doors, and built-in storage solutions.

Stage 2: Custom Design

With the site assessment in hand, we will create a home design that complements your existing home, embraces your preferred materials and colours, and optimizes natural light and airflow. We keep you involved throughout, ensuring the layout, finishes, and overall style align perfectly with your vision.

Stage 3: Approvals

Navigating local Council requirements can be daunting, but we handle it all on your behalf. Typically, required Council and Building approvals take four to six weeks, although this can vary depending on Council processes. Our team is there to move things along as efficiently as possible.

Stage 4: Construction

Once Approvals are secured, our trusted builder partners take over. Construction usually takes 12 to 16 weeks. Rest assured you will have a fixed-price contract that eliminates surprises. Throughout the build, we provide regular updates and check-ins, so you stay informed every step of the way.
