Loft Granny Flat
‘The Artist’s Loft’ has been designed for Zhanae. She wanted live next door to her grandparents and take care of them in their golden years.
Zhanae is an artist, so we have designed the perfect little creative space for her to thrive in.
Nestled amongst a stunning garden, this 68m2 loft granny flat includes 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, an open plan living & kitchen area, and laundry space.
On top of that, we incorporated spiral staircase that leads to the art studio loft & storage space.
Zhanae loves the high ceilings, which make The Artist’s Loft feel spacious and luxurious, as well as keeping things cool in summer.
We also included a 20m2 deck looking out onto her family’s expansive lush garden. This is where Zhanae can spend quality time with her loving grandparents.
