When we met Phil he felt he was not living economically or sustainably, and decided it was time for some new beginnings.
He made a choice to live smarter and leaner, without giving up the luxury he is used to. And now what used to be an investment property has become his home.
Phil wanted his new home to have a strong, contemporary design with plenty of character.
We designed him a 1 bedroom home with a bold style, including steel mesh balustrading to channel a masculine, industrial look.
Base Camp has high ceilings, as well as 2.4m tall doors and windows, to accommodate Phil’s tall stature.
This makes the 62m2 home feel much larger, while filling it with natural light.
We incorporated an 18m2 deck, as well as a home office so Phil could operate his business from home and meet with clients.
Phil now has a home he’s proud to call his own, and reflects his character, masculinity and professionalism.
