About
Jeff wanted to create a new home in the front of his property at Murwillumbah NSW so he could house his son and his young family.
So we designed this modern designer granny flat with 60m2 of living space and a 14m2 deck.
Charles Breezeway includes two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a shared bathroom with separate toilet, and open plan living & kitchen area.
The kitchen has plenty of bench space which doubles as a breakfast bar. While the laundry has been smartly tucked away in a cupboard, which includes room for storage.
The home has been purposely built off the ground to allow for a carport underneath the house, shielded by vertical timber screening.
In the future, Jeff may decide to downsize and move into Charles Breezeway himself. Then his son’s family will move into the main house.
